In 2024, Sofitel is set to embark on an extraordinary journey as it celebrates its 60th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee. To celebrate, Sofitel Adelaide and Sofitel Hotel & Spa Queenstown are teaming up to put on an extravagant dinner in Garcon Bleu.

Our Four Hands Dinner will be a spectacle of fine French cuisine with an extensive four-course menu that will include Southern King Salmon and New Zealand Lumina Lamb. Our in-house Sommelier has expertly paired each course with a premium wine to complete your meal.

Chef Gianni Delogu from Garcon Bleu and Chef Lindsay Bennett from Sofitel Hotel & Spa Queenstown have joined forces to create beautiful menus showcasing the finest South Australian and New Zealand produce.

With three delicious courses that will each be paired with premium wines, our Four Hands Lunch is the ideal way to celebrate this special occasion. We will be holding a silent auction at the event with all proceeds going to The Village Co.
