The Menu

Indulge in a four-course menu crafted by our chefs, featuring dishes including Crab Remoulade with Compressed Watermelon, Caviar and Pressed Prosciutto, 55-Day Aged Beef Fillet with Beef Cheek Pithivier and Bordelaise, and a 72% Chocolate Hazelnut Entremet.

Sofitel Adelaide is proud to support Rare Find Foundation, with $20 from every ticket donated to the charity.

By supporting Rare Find Foundation at the Sofitel Melbourne Cup, you will be helping with advocacy, education, and direct family support, to one of the most vulnerable populations in Australia.

Rare Find Foundation is a national charity, supporting those with Tay-Sachs and Sandhoff Diseases. These are two forms of life limiting Childhood Dementia, that primarily affect infants and young children and has no current cure.

Melbourne Cup Sweepstakes

Get into the spirit of race day with Melbourne Cup sweeps, proudly organised by Rare Find Foundation, with proceeds supporting their important work.

Sweepstakes will be offered for the value of $10 per horse, $20 per horse, $50. The first, second and third place winners will receive a cash prize, with a portion of the sweeps going to Rare Find Foundation. Cash and card accepted.
